This Refund Policy explains when the services of Mega Technology Store can be refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Domain registration
Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
2. Shared hosting
Shared hosting plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the activation date.
3. VPS, cloud and dedicated servers
Servers, managed or unmanaged, are refundable only before activation. After activation, requests are reviewed case by case by contacting our support team.
4. License and subscription services
License installation, setup and management services (such as cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360 and Solid Security) and Google Workspace subscription setup are refundable only before activation. After activation, requests are reviewed case by case.
5. One-time services
One-time services (such as server setup, website migration, installation and security cleanup, and support blocks) are refundable only before our engineers start the work. Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable.
6. Social media advertising
Management fees are reviewed case by case by our support team. The advertising budget you pay to Meta goes to the platform directly and cannot be refunded by us.
7. How to ask for a refund
Contact our support team on WhatsApp or at the email address on our Contact page, with your order number. We review every request and reply with the decision.
8. How refunds are paid
An approved refund is returned to the payment method you used. Refunds to PayPal usually appear in the buyer account within a few days.
9. Cancelling a renewal
Cancelling a service before its due date stops the next renewal; it is not a refund of a period you have already paid for. Auto-renewal only creates a renewal order, and nothing is charged automatically.
